Description

Moemon Star Emerald takes the classic Pokémon Emerald and gives it a fresh look with updated graphics and battle backgrounds inspired by FireRed and LeafGreen. This version includes more trainer battles and lets you adjust the difficulty with options like level caps. You’ll also find custom maps and many other exciting features, such as Quality of Life improvements—like getting rid of HMs! Plus, you can discover new ways to catch Moemon as you embark on your adventure.

Creator Note

We’re excited to share that Moémon Star Emerald has been downloaded over 14,000 times! To celebrate, we’re giving away an event code for a special Poké Ball Vivillon. Use the code: Yq37lONi (the “l” is a lowercase L). Enjoy!

How to Use Mega Evolution in Moemon Star Emerald

  1. Make sure you have a Mega Bracelet in your inventory.
  2. Equip your Moémon with the correct Mega Stone.
  3. During battle, select Attack, then press Start (or whatever key you’ve assigned).
  4. Use a move, and your Moémon will Mega Evolve.

Mega Stones are spread across the region, appearing as sparkling spots, or they can be obtained as gifts. You can start using Mega Evolution after getting the Mega Bracelet from Steven on Route 118.

The game has been currently tested in VBA-M, mGBA, and MyBoy. We recommend using the last version of these to avoid having issues.

BEFORE PLAYING: Make sure to change your Emulator’s settings so the Save Type is Automatic and Flash 128k, otherwise you may not be able to start the game.
