Use the codes as instructed in each section. These cheats will allow you to obtain an unlimited amount of any of the listed items. You can go to any Item PC to withdraw an unlimited amount of said items or buy the said item from Poke-mart (depends on the item).

Just change the YYYY to the specific item code and withdraw the item from PC. For the Master Ball, Rare Candy, TM and HM codes, just use them as they are.
