HOOPA EVENT

Hoopa can be found in Mirage Tower on Route 111. Upon first encountering it, it will flee from you. Portals containing the Ultra Beasts will be scattered across the region. Their locations are below. Once all Ultra Beasts have been caught, Hoopa will return to Mirage Tower for battle.

NOTE ABOUT ROAMERS

Only 6 roaming Pokémon can be active at a time. Some roamers depend on others being captured first. If a specific roaming trio isn’t available for tracking, catch the current 3 roamers, then check your Pokédex. Roamers are grouped as “post-National Dex” and “post-Mew.” Capture the active ones to unlock the next set.

NOTE ABOUT SAME-SPACE LEGENDARIES

If a Legendary Pokémon like Shaymin appears instead of the one you’re searching for, such as Celebi, catch the current Legendary, then leave and re-enter the area. Provided you meet the requirements (like having the National Dex or catching Mew), the desired Legendary Pokémon will appear.
